About Raquel

Raquel Simpson has practised exclusively in family law since her call to the bar, handling domestic contracts, high conflict parenting disputes, child and spousal support, and property and trust claims. She approaches her clients with empathy and pragmatic advice, favouring negotiated or mediated resolutions where appropriate while remaining a committed advocate in court and private arbitration when needed. Raquel is a member of The Advocates' Society and the Canadian Bar Association. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2022 after earning her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021, where she won awards for her standing in family law and first-year studies, and holds a B.A. (Honours History) from Queen's University.
