About Jeffrey
He serves as Senior Counsel in the firm's Tax group, having previously served as National Practice Group Leader for over 15 years. He has provided strategic advice on domestic and cross-border transactions, tax audits and tax dispute resolution, and was a past chair of the National Taxation Section of the Canadian Bar Association and a past co-chair of the Joint Committee on Taxation of the Canadian Bar Association and Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
