About Colin

Colin Romano is an associate in the Tax Group at Goodmans. His work spans income tax law generally, with particular attention to domestic and cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. He also knows financial services regulation, including how dealers and investment funds in the blockchain space get licensed and registered. Before coming to Goodmans, Romano worked as an associate at another Canadian law firm. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and, before law school, he completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Concordia University, graduating with distinction.
