About Pierre
Pierre Alary is a partner in the firm's Ottawa office, practising in taxation law with focus on transfer pricing, tax dispute resolution and international taxation. He has represented clients at the audit and appeals stage of tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency on both domestic and international issues. As a member of the Transfer Pricing and Competent Authority Group, he has helped clients secure Advanced Pricing Arrangements (APAs) and successfully resolve Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) cases. He is published widely in tax journals including WorldTrade Executive's Practical International Tax Strategies, BNA International's Transfer Pricing International Journal, and The International Tax Review.
