About Eric
Eric Levy is a partner in Osler's Corporate Group and sits on the firm's Partnership Board. He chairs Osler's Gaming Group and previously led the Montreal Corporate Group. Eric's work centers on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, along with public offerings, private placements and stock exchange listings. He advises Canadian companies and multinationals across industries such as mining and gaming, and has deep experience counselling private equity funds on deals and investments. Eric holds a combined civil law and common law degree from McGill University and is recognized in several legal guides for his corporate and securities work.
