About Dawn

Dawn MacGregor is the founder of NexGen Litigation, a Vancouver-based practice focused on civil litigation and dispute resolution. She has appeared before the Provincial Court and Superior Court of Ontario as well as the Residential Tenancy Branch, Provincial Court, and Supreme Court of British Columbia, and acted as co-counsel in a three-week BC Supreme Court personal injury jury trial that resulted in an award of over half a million dollars to the client. Her practice has included advising on insurance disputes, estate disputes, construction disputes, breach of contract claims, negligence claims, medical malpractice claims, commercial disputes, and wrongful dismissal claims. MacGregor achieved the highest academic standing at the University of Manitoba, receiving the Governor General's Medal and the University Gold Medal, before attending the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Vancouver Bar Association.
