About Jean
Jean Feng advises businesses on mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, financing, leasing and franchising, with a focus on business succession and estate planning to help owners build intergenerational wealth. Feng holds law degrees from China as well as Canada and was admitted to China's National Bar in 1998 before being called to the British Columbia bar in 2014, drawing on that background to assist clients navigating both jurisdictions. Feng is active in Vancouver's Chinese community, lecturing for nonprofit organizations and serving as a legal commentator in local media.
