About Jay

Jay Watson's main practice areas are civil litigation, criminal law, and administrative law. He has appeared as counsel in hundreds of Provincial Court matters and many Court of King's Bench trials and Chambers appearances, along with appearances before the Court of Appeal, Family Court, Tax Court, and the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He has acted as counsel before numerous boards and tribunals, including the Workers' Compensation Board, professional discipline committees, the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board, and human rights commissions, and appeared as counsel on the Stonechild Inquiry and the Milgaard Inquiry. He is a former Bencher of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and has lectured for the College of Law, College of Commerce, and College of Agriculture.
