About Jay

Artley was called to the bar in 2025 and practises civil litigation with a focus on employment and property disputes, appearing before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court and regulatory tribunals. During law school he edited an international law publication and worked with BC's Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure on Motor Vehicle Act modernization; he articled with a Victoria law firm before joining Forward Law. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Kamloops Bar Association and volunteers with Access Pro Bono BC.
