Milan Sahni is a partner at Verdicta LLP, co-leading the firm's criminal team and leading its traffic and DUI team, with a practice that also includes family law and wills and estates. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce at MacEwan University in 2021 and obtained his Alberta real estate licence that year, before earning his law degree from Bond University in Australia in 2023. While at Bond, he served as Marketing Director and Treasurer for the Canadian Law Students Association. He was called to the Alberta Bar in July 2025 and has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and Court of King's Bench on criminal, family, and traffic matters, and is a member of the South Asian Bar Association's Marketing Committee.
