About Jason
Jason Leung focuses his practice on criminal defence at Axon Law in Edmonton. During his studies at Robson Hall, University of Manitoba, he gained experience running criminal trials and sentencing hearings and assisting with duty counsel work, and he later articled in criminal defence in Lethbridge and Southern Alberta. Leung has appeared before Justices of the Peace, the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Appeal, as well as courts in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, defending clients against charges ranging from murder to drug trafficking to criminal harassment.
