About Allen

Allen Xiao is a founder and Director of Axon Law Office in Edmonton, with a full-service practice covering criminal defence, family law, real estate, and immigration. He has appeared before courts throughout Central and Northern Alberta and has represented clients in impaired driving, drug and firearm offences, family property and support disputes, and real estate closings. Since 2023, Xiao has also represented individuals before the Refugee Protection Division and assists with humanitarian and compassionate grounds applications, spousal sponsorships, and work permits, and he handles record suspension and US entry waiver (I-192) applications. He earned degrees in Psychology and in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Alberta before completing his Juris Doctor there in 2016, and he is fluent in Mandarin with limited proficiency in Russian.
