About Jason

Jason Harvey is a partner at Tapper Cuddy LLP, called to the Manitoba bar in 2008. His litigation practice covers disability insurance claims, personal injury, medical malpractice, and other insurance matters, at all levels of Manitoba court and before various tribunals, and he makes use of mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods. The 2026 Best Lawyers Canada guide recognized him for personal injury litigation. He serves on the Crescentwood Community Centre board and coaches amateur hockey.
