About Jason

Jason Grewal advises on capital markets, investment funds, corporate finance, and cross-border transactions at Segev LLP. He is licensed in British Columbia, New York, and England and Wales, and represents issuers, investment funds, and private equity firms on public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and complex corporate reorganizations, including succession planning. Jason has worked on exchange listings including the TSX-V, CSE, LSE, AIM, and NASDAQ, and advises on fund formation across Canada, the U.S., the British Virgin Islands, the U.K., and the European Union. Having lived and worked in London, Madrid, and Malta, he has also served as Chief Legal Officer and Fractional General Counsel for multinational technology, pharmaceutical, and financial companies. He holds an LL.B. from the University of London, an LL.M. in International Business Law from IE Law School, and an M.Sc. in Global Finance from Cass Business School.
