About Jasmine
Jasmine advises employees and employers on workplace issues including wrongful dismissal, workplace harassment, human rights, employment contracts, and severance negotiations, based in the Okanagan. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021 and began her career there before relocating to BC's interior. She regularly appears before the BC Supreme Court and the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and has also appeared before the BC Employment Standards Tribunal, WorkSafeBC, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, and the Canadian Industrial Relations Board. She will serve on the CBABC Employment Law Section Executive for the 2025-2026 term.
