Alfonso Chen is a lawyer with a general litigation practice at Taylor Janis's Vancouver office, appearing before courts and tribunals throughout British Columbia including the Human Rights Tribunal, the Employment Standards Tribunal, the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Labour Relations Board, and the Residential Tenancy Branch. His litigation practice covers employment law, real property and strata law, human rights, criminal law, corporate and partnership law, family law, and immigration law, and he advises employers ranging from multinational enterprises to First Nations and small businesses.
