About Cat

Cat Reid obtained her law degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2025. During law school she completed a clinical placement at Allard's Indigenous Community Legal Clinic, assisting Indigenous individuals in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside with criminal, civil, Aboriginal and estates matters, and she received the Ernie and Peggy Miller Memorial Prize in Family Law in 2024. Before law school she earned a Bachelor of Health Science from McMaster University and worked as a frontline worker in homeless shelters and transitional housing.
