About Jared

Jared Epp's practice focuses on construction, commercial, and insurance law, and he has appeared in courts throughout Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and Manitoba, acting for owners, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and insurers. He has appeared many times before the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal on matters involving The Builders' Lien Act, insurer coverage obligations, and priority disputes in receivership proceedings. Jared is a co-author of The Builders' Lien Manual published by the Law Society of Saskatchewan, developed and taught a fully accredited university course in Construction Law at the University of Saskatchewan for almost 10 years, and is past president of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.
