About James

James D. Kondopulos is a founding member and partner at Roper Greyell, practising in employment and labour law and acting as a mediator in workplace law disputes, including wrongful and constructive dismissal, restrictive covenants, and discipline and discharge in unionized environments. He has represented employers and senior employees before all levels of court and a wide range of workplace tribunals in British Columbia, and has served two terms as Chair of the CBABC Employment Law Section. He holds an LLB and a B.Comm (Accounting, with Honours), both from UBC, and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2004.
