About James
James Richards has been a partner at Slater Vecchio since 2007, having joined the firm in 1999. His practice covers complex personal injury, sexual abuse cases, estate and insurance coverage claims, and consumer and class actions. He has served as counsel in numerous trials, securing verdicts in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal, and has also achieved settlements outside the courtroom. He is a mentor and educator who has authored publications and lectured on trial and practice-related topics.
