About Jacques

Jacques Lauzon has practiced law in Quebec for over 20 years, representing people injured in workplace accidents, occupational injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and criminal acts in claims against the SAAQ, the CNESST, and the IVAC. Lauzon spent 17 years with the Fondation pour l'aide aux travailleuses et aux travailleurs accidentés (FATA) as vice-president and lawyer, and has appeared before parliamentary committees on behalf of accident victims. Lauzon also serves as a supervising professor at the École du Barreau du Québec. The practice covers reviewing case files, contesting SAAQ, CNESST, and IVAC decisions, arranging medical and other expert evaluations, negotiating settlements, and representing clients before the Tribunal administratif du Québec and the Tribunal administratif du travail.
