About J.

Trina Kondro's practice focuses on employment law and the related areas of human rights, privacy, and administrative law, including discipline and termination, duty to accommodate, workplace investigations, and representing clients before the courts, Canada Labour Code adjudications, and human rights commission hearings. Having worked with and represented Indigenous governments for more than two decades, Kondro is experienced with legal issues unique to First Nation employment and has assisted First Nations with election legislation, membership codes, and bylaws. Kondro has served on the Law Society of Alberta's Conduct and Practice Review Committees.
