About J.

J. Patrick Bond, KC, is a partner at Bryan & Company practising corporate and commercial law, employment and labour law, and mergers and acquisitions, acting for owner-managed businesses on domestic and international transactions. He earned his degree from the University of Alberta in 1979 and was called to the Alberta bar in 1980, receiving King's Counsel in 2004. Pat has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2006 for corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, and previously served as an instructor for the Law Society of Alberta's bar admission course.
