About Isabelle

Isabelle Pillet joined the firm in 2001 and has broad experience acting for business clients in civil and commercial litigation, maritime law, transportation law and intellectual property. She advises Canadian shipowners on transport contracts, charter agreements and vessel purchases and sales, and handles ship arrests, security and collision matters. She also represents freight forwarders and trucking companies, and has pleaded before administrative tribunals, Quebec's provincial courts, the Federal Court and the Tax Court of Canada. A registered trademark agent, she advises clients on trademark registration and protection and on intellectual property generally.
