Jacqueline Gutierrez joined the firm in 2008 as legal counsel for Latin American matters. She is a lawyer admitted to the Colegio de Abogados de Caracas, Venezuela in 1990, with more than 20 years of experience in corporate, civil, commercial, labour and maritime law. At the firm she advises on labour law, commercial law and maritime matters exclusively for mandates involving Latin America, drafting legal opinions, contracts, powers of attorney, wills, and real estate purchase and sale agreements. She also has extensive experience in corporate due diligence and government transactions and procedures in Venezuela.
