About Gregory

Greg Wrigglesworth has practised civil and commercial litigation since 2002, with experience in real estate and condominium law and various aspects of commercial and business law, and has appeared before numerous levels of court in Ontario, including the appellate level. His litigation practice focuses on employment law disputes for both employers and employees, construction liens, trust claims, debtor and creditor matters, bankruptcy and insolvency, and property expropriation. He also represents parties in estate disputes, guardianship for personal care and property, capacity issues, and trust disputes. He is a past board member of several local charitable organizations and a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Essex Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and various non-profit organizations in Essex County.
