About Ian

Ian Wallace is Counsel at Harrison Pensa LLP in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy division, representing clients in larger restructurings and insolvency matters, and working with debtors, secured creditors, and financial institutions on receiverships, Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings, and bankruptcies. Wallace regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice Commercial List on insolvency and banking matters, has lectured in bar admission courses, and has presented on insolvency topics at professional conferences. Wallace has been named a Best Lawyer in Insolvency Law every year since 2016.
