Ian Kinman has practised commercial litigation in the Greater Vancouver region for over 40 years. Born in Nigeria in 1958, he lived across Africa, the UK, Saskatchewan, and Alberta before settling into practice in British Columbia. He founded his own firm, Kinman & Associates, before joining McQuarrie in 2024, and his experience spans corporate commercial work, construction litigation, and personal injury cases. He belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
