About Ian
Ian Josephson was born and raised in British Columbia and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University in 2012 before teaching English in South Korea for six years. After returning to Canada in 2018, he pursued further studies at the University of British Columbia, graduating with high distinction in 2021, and worked as a vocational counsellor in Richmond, BC assisting people with developmental disabilities. He moved to Kamloops in 2022 to attend law school at Thompson Rivers University, graduating in 2025, and joined Morelli Chertkow as a summer student before completing his articles. Ian was called to the British Columbia bar in May 2026.
