About Ian
Ian is a Partner on BOYNECLARKE LLP's Business Law team, focusing on labour and employment law. He advises clients on hiring, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, human rights, and terminations, and has appeared before courts and tribunals in both Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Ian holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University and an Honours BA in Philosophy from Saint Mary's University, and completed Osgoode Hall's certificate in ESG and climate risk law in 2022. He's a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Law Society of New Brunswick, and is conversant in Japanese.
