Ian Sutherland is a senior litigation partner at McDougall Gauley LLP in Saskatoon, acting for financial institutions, licensed insolvency trustees, and financially distressed companies. He has appeared before various levels of court in Saskatchewan and Manitoba and the Supreme Court of Canada, and serves as a director of the Insolvency Institute of Canada.
