About Holly

Holly Ann Knott has over 35 years of legal experience assisting clients with wills, estate planning and administration, real estate transactions including acreages and cabins, adoptions, cohabitation agreements, and collaborative divorce and other family law matters. As a collaborative divorce lawyer, she works to help clients reach efficient, cost-effective resolutions outside of court where possible. Early in her career she helped develop the Unified Family Court in Saskatoon, the precursor to the current Family Law Division. She has chaired the Canadian Bar Association's Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution north section for Saskatchewan and has served on the boards of the Mendel Art Gallery, the University of Saskatchewan Senate, and the Saskatoon Women's Network.
