About Grant

Grant Scharfstein, K.C., has practised law in Saskatoon since 1979, with a preferred focus on civil litigation. He has appeared at all court levels in Saskatchewan, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Court of Appeal for British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as before numerous municipal, provincial, and federal boards and commissions. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2004 and has been selected for Best Lawyers in Canada since 2016. He has been involved in the Saskatoon community for decades, including as a past president of the Saskatoon Rotary Club and B'nai Brith Lodge #739.
