About Hilary

Hilary Henley advises owners, contractors and consultants on construction projects, with experience on major infrastructure work including P3 transportation and wastewater developments. Henley earned a J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2017, was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 and the British Columbia bar in 2021, and holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario (2014). The practice covers contract drafting and interpretation, multi-party disputes involving delay, disruption, defects and negligence claims, and matters under the BC Builders Lien Act. Henley volunteers with Access Pro Bono on residential tenancy matters.
