About Jennifer
Jennifer Mendelsohn is an associate at Consky & Associates in Toronto. She earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 and went on to complete her J.D. there in 2010. Before joining the firm, she spent eight summers at a boutique intellectual property practice downtown. Jennifer articled with Consky & Associates starting in 2010 and stayed on as an associate once she was called to the Ontario bar in 2011. Her work has taken her before judges and masters at the Superior Court of Justice, and she has handled appeals, trials, and hearings at Small Claims Court, Divisional Court, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal. She belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
