About Harry

Harry Radomski serves as counsel at Goodmans, where he previously chaired the firm's Intellectual Property Group. His practice covers intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes, along with the damages issues that can follow infringement. As a trial lawyer, he appears before all levels of court in Ontario and the Federal Court, and has argued before the Supreme Court of Canada on leading patent, trademark, and damages questions. He has also appeared before Superior Courts in British Columbia, New Brunswick, and Quebec. Beyond intellectual property, Harry has handled litigation involving provincial and federal governments, including judicial reviews of pharmaceutical regulatory decisions. Outside his litigation practice, he has negotiated contracts and collective bargaining agreements for National Hockey League coaches, management, and officials, and serves as executive director of the NHL Officials Association.
