Harry Clarke was called to the bar in 1967, when he joined the Gananoque practice of the late Ronald MacFarlane, Q.C., who funded a year of study in England for him. He has practised in Gananoque and the Thousand Islands area for decades, in real estate, wills and estates, general civil litigation and family law.
