Felicia C. O'Hara is a criminal defence lawyer and notary public in Brockville, Ontario. She was born in Durban, South Africa and raised in Nottinghamshire, England, where she attended Frederick Gent Comprehensive School before working as a machinist and later earning a certificate in administrative studies from West Nottinghamshire Technical College. She moved to Ontario, Canada in 1997, then lived in Colorado where she earned an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Arapahoe Community College, graduating on the President's List. Back in Ontario, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Sociology from Carleton University and worked as a legal assistant in Ottawa before obtaining her law degree from Queen's University in Kingston. She articled with the Ottawa Crown Attorney's Office and then worked as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Ottawa, Cornwall and Brockville, prosecuting cases involving assault, impaired driving, sexual assault, child pornography, weapons offences and domestic violence. She established her own criminal defence practice in March 2011 and now lives in Brockville.
