About Trea
Trea B. Tuck is a partner of Henderson Tuck, practising corporate and commercial law, real estate, and wills and estates. She worked as a registered nurse in critical and intensive care before attending law school and being admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2005. She then worked in Tokyo as an associate at a Japanese law firm practising international corporate law, before moving to Brockville in 2011 and joining the firm then known as Henderson Johnston Fournier. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013 and became the firm's managing partner in 2014. Her corporate work spans start-ups to mature businesses, tax reorganizations, succession planning, estate freezes, and asset and share transactions, and she serves on the boards of St. Lawrence College and Children's Mental Health of Leeds & Grenville.
