About Harjot

Harjot Rai is an associate at Furlan Bhavsar LLP whose work covers family law, including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, property issues and marriage or separation contracts, as well as wills and estates, real estate transactions, small claims matters and landlord and tenant disputes. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in March 2026. Rai earned his law degree from the University of Leicester and completed his articling at Furlan Bhavsar LLP in 2025 under partners Pritina Bhavsar and Dan Furlan, gaining broad experience in client advocacy, legal drafting and litigation strategy. He is committed to providing strategic, client-focused representation to individuals and families in the community.
