About Daniel

Daniel R. Furlan is a senior partner who has practised law in Peel Region since being admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada following his 1991 graduation from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law. For the past two decades his practice has focused on family law, and he has advised thousands of clients on custody, access, child and spousal support, and the division of family assets. His goal is to reach fair outcomes efficiently, and he works to help clients understand what they are realistically entitled to. Dan is comfortable both negotiating settlements and arguing cases in court, adapting his approach to what each case requires.
