About Harjot
Harjot K. Dhatt joined MTC Law in 2021, starting as an office assistant before articling and then practising as an associate. Called to the bar in 2024, she serves as an Agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada and practises in wills and estates and general civil litigation. She brings a background in business and process improvement from a Fortune 500 company and volunteers with Access Pro Bono, where she has represented individuals at the Residential Tenancy Branch. She holds a Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
