About Harinder

Harinder Gahir has practised law in Ontario since 2000 and is a former Vice-Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal and a former Chair of the Canada Pension/Old Age Security Review Tribunal. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws and completed an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, commercial and development real estate, administrative law, and complex immigration cases, and he has represented clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board, Human Rights Tribunal, and Federal Court.
