Gahir & Associates is a small law firm working out of a suite on Steeles Avenue West in Brampton, Ontario. Founder Harinder Singh Gahir has practiced law in Ontario since 2000 and holds an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Gahir spent years inside the administrative tribunal system itself, chairing the federal Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security Review Tribunal from April 2003 to April 2006 and later serving as Vice-Chair of Ontario's Licence Appeal Tribunal from November 2006 to November 2018, a background the firm draws on for its administrative and tribunal work today. Gahir is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Associate Paljinder Mahaar, called to the bar in 2010, focuses on personal injury claims, and the firm offers services in English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and Gujarati.
