D. Lea Scardicchio is Litigation Counsel who was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. With over a decade of experience, she has appeared at various levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Justice, regularly practicing in Brampton, Toronto, Milton, Burlington, and several other Ontario courthouses. Before her call, she articled jointly under the Honourable Alison Mackay and criminal defence lawyer Brian E. Starkman. She's a member of the Criminal Lawyers' Association, the Peel Lawyers' Association, the Peel Criminal Lawyers' Association, the York Region Law Association, and the Ontario Bar Association. Alongside her criminal defence work, she has also represented clients in civil litigation and personal injury trials and mediations.
