Faryal Poonah is the founder of Poonah Immigration Law Firm, a dual-licensed U.S. and Canadian immigration practice. She's admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and is a Licensed Foreign Legal Consultant with the Law Society of Ontario. Before founding her firm, she worked as a senior immigration associate managing PERM and H-1B programs for a Fortune 500 company in Toronto, and she holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
