About Hannah

Hannah DeJong (currently on maternity leave) is an advocate focusing on family law and commercial litigation, having represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia. As an accredited family law mediator, she offers remote mediation services via videoconference. Her commercial litigation practice covers business disputes, debt collection, construction disputes, commercial leasing issues and employment matters, while her family law practice covers parenting, child and spousal support, property division, relocation, and separation agreements. She offers limited scope legal services for self-represented clients and provides pro bono independent legal advice and mediation through Access Pro Bono's Family Mediation Program.
