About Daniel

Daniel Pignataro joined Bisceglia & Associates as an associate after being called to the Ontario bar in 2024, having graduated in 2023 as part of the inaugural class at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law. During law school, he co-founded the Lincoln Alexander Sports and Entertainment Law Society, worked as a teaching assistant for a sports law course, and competed in the Jessup International Law Moot and the McCarthy Tetrault Cup, where he placed as a finalist and top oralist. Before joining the firm, Daniel completed his Integrated Practice Curriculum placement at a boutique Toronto litigation firm. His practice now covers construction litigation, corporate commercial law, commercial lease disputes, and insurance coverage disputes. He holds a BA from Toronto Metropolitan University and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association.
