About Francesca

Francesca Keliar is an associate at Bisceglia & Associates, helping clients with civil and commercial disputes, construction litigation, and real estate-related disputes. She articled with the firm and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2026. Francesca completed a Global Professional Master of Laws at the University of Toronto in 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Law in London, England. Before law school, she worked in mortgage financing at Royal Bank of Canada. She volunteers as a Mitigation Circle Leader with Peacebuilders Canada.
