About Halyna
Halyna Miller is the founder of Miller Immigration Law Firm and has specialized in Canadian immigration law for more than 15 years. She earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law after studying political science at the University of Northern British Columbia. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration Section, and has represented clients in temporary residence, permanent residence, and citizenship applications, including appeals before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada. She opened her own firm in 2018 after practising immigration law in Calgary.
